Maria Damaris Medina and her husband Wilson, both from coffee-growing backgrounds, acquired their coffee cultivation skills from their parents. Their primary focus lies in crafting specialty coffee, exemplified by their decision to replace many Castillo trees with Pink Bourbon, a move aimed at elevating their coffee's quality.
